How to legally not participate in Obamacare

Aside from the fact that it is clearly illegal and unconstitutional for the government to require a US citizen to enter into a private contract with a private individual or company thereby making Obamacare likewise challengeable (and I hope one or more of our Congressmen and/or States will indeed file suit on this), all you have to do to be exempt from this fiasco is apparently belong to the right religion and you’re good to go.

From pages 273-4 of the now passed Senate bill :

—In the case of an individual who is seeking an exemption
certificate under section 1311(d)(4)(H) from any requirement or penalty
imposed by section 5000A, the following information:

(A) In the case of an individual seeking exemption based on the individual’s status as a member of an exempt religious sect or division, as a member of a health care sharing ministry, as an Indian, or as an individual eligible for a hardship exemption, such information as the Secretary shall prescribe.

So to be clear, the government can circumvent the US Constitution and
ram through a health care bill that forces private individuals to participate in a
program that don’t want to, and that private individual can circumvent such a
sham by being a member of an exempt religious sect or division.

I see.
