My friend Mark in NYC, whom I’ve always known to be a good judge of music (particularly live musical talent) told me about Oz Noy, an Israeli jazz fusion guitarist that landed in NYC in 1996 who is simply great at his craft. He plays with some heavy hitters like Nile Rogers, Anton Fig, Keith Carlock (at times Steely Dan drummer), and Will Lee. The Oz Noy Trio plays regularly on Monday nights at the famed Bitter End in New York City. He definately belongs on the Anthidote List. Check him out for yourself here : Oz Noy
