Flew up to Boston this past weekend to check out Pino Daniele in from Italy to play 3 shows in the USA.  In Italy Pino Daniele is a legendary artist and very unique guitarist who has played with everyone from Chick Corea to Al di Meola and Pat Metheny.  I’ve been listing to Pino since the early 90′s when I used to live in Italy.  His style is blues, rock, jazz, with a heavy does of Middle Eastern phrasings in his style.  He plays to large crowds in Italy but the real treat here was he was playing at Berklee Performance Center so the venue was small and close.  Awesome experience.
